This pathway is ideal for creators who:
1. Project Review & Approval - Creators submit their project for consideration. PCS evaluates creative quality, alignment, and commercial potential.
2. PCS Funds the Project - Once approved, PCS funds 100% of production costs, which may include editing, design, illustration, animation, and distribution.
3. Exclusive License During Recoupment - While PCS is recouping its investment:

PCS controls publishing, marketing, and monetization

All net revenue goes toward recoupment

The creator still owns the IP at all times
Phaseverse participation is optional --never required.
4. Post-Recoupment Royalties Activate
After PCS fully recoups:
